I wish there were negative stars. If you're looking for "American made" quality look elsewhere. It's bad enough that the products are poorly made, but they don't care and have the nerve to be rude about it as well. Not only are the employees rude, the owner has an "if you don't like it go elsewhere" attitude which is clearly where his employees are taking their cues from. Good luck getting a call back from them since they don't like returning calls, you'll just have to chase them around. Even if they were slightly pleasant to deal with, it doesn't take away from the fact that their hardware is a sorry excuse for a product. Brass plating? Forget it. It comes tarnished and is gone in under a year. Even worse is the quality of the product. We had several snap hooks just flat out BREAK. We contacted them about the issues and their answer to the problem "if that's how you feel, go somewhere else". We most certainly have. So much for the integrity and quality of American Made products. This company came from the recommendations of a manufacturer who has since been let go for their poor quality work. Birds of a feather flock together.

Then people wonder why companies go overseas to manufacture. Word to the wise, find a company that can produce quality goods that don't snap in half after 2 weeks of use. I'm sure there are companies out there that genuinely care about the products they produce and the services they provide... but this is NOT one of them.
