The storage unit I’m moving out of is horrific where Cubes is luxury. Everything feels extremely secure, very clean, safe, well lit and well set up. The units appear perfect for if you have delicate things to store. It feels like they care that you have a positive experience. The moving truck on site that you can rent is super convenient. I love that they have frequent pest control because a large portion of my things have been destroyed at my old place by rats. The prices are reasonable and they’re accommodating about rental raises. Really appreciated the move in special since moving is going to cost me. The location is a little tricky to get in and out of during heavy traffic so avoid those times.
The best part is Jeremy who manages the place. He is amazing! Such a super nice person and really bends over backwards to make sure everything is exactly how you’d like and you’re happy with every detail. Very thorough and runs a tight ship. It’s actually reassuring going there alone knowing he’s got his eye on things (another thing about my old place is not feeling safe when there and never knowing the staff or if they were even present). He’s a big part of why I felt really happy when I left after signing up about this next phase in life, knowing I picked the right place instead of the nightmare I’ve been dealing with. Unpacking my old unit and seeing how bad the damage is will be so hard but it helps knowing I’m transitioning to so much better.
Cubes owners - please keep Jeremy as long as he’ll stay and treat him very well. He’s a gem

Used this facility for about a year and couldn't have been happier with it. Loved the year long price lock, everywhere else I saw in the area had price hikes, sometimes multiple times per year. Jeremy, the store manager, went above and beyond to help us out- great guy! Whole place was clean, quiet and seemed secure. Highly recommend!

What a great experience! Safe and secure and great people who work on site. They go above and beyond ...needed a truck rental for a short amount of time and they came through when we were pretty desperate. Highly recommend!

Awesome storage facility that is modern, secure, well lit and with easy access to load and unload. Plus, the store manager is really nice, knows everything about the facility, and makes it easy to get setup. The whole process was easy and I got exactly what I needed, so highly recommend it.

Just rented my first storage unit and so far have had an excellent experience! Jeremy is so sweet and explained everything to me and walked the entire facility with me and showed me how to get to my unit. Such nice people working here and the facility is so clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

I've used several storage unit companies recently and in the past. Several things make Cubes stand out. First is their availability of sizes greater than 10x10. I ended up renting a 10x15, which allows me to close out two smaller storage units. The monthly price is higher than some others I've seen, but the first two months are half off, the price is guaranteed never to rise in a year, and they guarantee that established customers will never pay more than new customers. That's amazing! Top it off with state-of-the-art security, free use of their moving truck, and some of the friendliest staff ever. Jeremy and Keith impressed me with their professionalism and generosity.
