It was such a nice and relaxing time with my wife. We were offered a couple of choices of lovely wine. We sat outside on the deck to enjoy a beautiful view. The owner of the place Charlie, and his dog (Toby) made the rounds to chat and ensure our experience was up to par. Although the live music came on a bit later than expected the quality of it was better than anticipated. In short, the wine was great as well as the view. The music was also super enjoyable, just make sure you grab a seat prior to the music starting if that’s what’re there for. Cheers!

I recently hosted my daughter’s bridal shower at Crystal Ridge. The location and view are amazing! The upstairs includes one room for food and one for guests. It is just perfect! The guests reported they have never been to such a beautiful shower. The staff are attentive and Tina is helpful and lovely to work with. Wonderful experience!

Enjoyed a spectacular day at Crystal Ridge The views are stunning. There are plenty of picnic tables for guests. The afternoon live music was very nice as you sample wines from the vineyard. We brought snacks but they have food truck there ti purchase food if you would prefer

One of the most spectacular views in all of Connecticut! The building really fancy with multiple decks and patios. Worth a trip even from far away.

Charming winery located in the hills of Glastonbury. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating including a balcony with additional seating options. The rosé was a hit. Not too sweet and not to dry. Unfortunately the food truck canceled for the day and the food selection (prepackaged cheese/crackers/meat) was limited. Overall I plan to visit Crystal Ridge again in the near future

Came here the weekend they were featured in the Hartford Courant and it was packed!

They have ample parking especially given the crowd (be prepared for a little bit of a walk from the parking lot when it's crowded).

The place is beautiful, nice decor and super friendly staff. As mentioned, it was packed and there was a line for the tasting but it moved pretty quickly.
I've been to other places that were less crowded and they rush you through tastings. Here, at Crystal Ridge, we didn't feel rushed at all. The lady doing our tasting talked us through the wines, answered questions, and generally made us feel very welcome.

They have 2 tastings - one with the estate wines and the other with their reserves. We did both and thoroughly enjoyed it. They have good wines and I'm sure there is something for everyone.

After the tasting, we got a few glasses of wine and stayed. They have plenty of seating - downstairs area, a porch, 2 sections upstairs and a deck.

Overall, a really good place with good wine. We will be back.

Fun fun fun. Went on a cold but sunny Saturday afternoon. Good crowd inside and out, but with good social distancing. The location has great wine, live music, and plenty of outdoor seating. It's a bring-your-own food place. Staff was excellent. Crowd is hip and lively. The place has a bright and rustic feel. Top quality throughout. Located high on a hill in South Glastonbury with a view of Hartford down below. Highly recommended.

We had a great first visit to Crystal Ridge! We enjoyed the wines that we tried. The landscape and the building are beautiful. We brought some snacks, but also enjoyed food from the Skyscraper Sandwiches food truck. There was live music also. A great time overall!
