Jen is amazing! She is personable and a hard worker who is passionate about her business. I am always amazed at how quick the service is, competitive the prices are, and how wonderful of a cleaning job is done. She also alters dresses, and she did a fantastic job on my bridesmaid dress, and scheduled numerous alteration sessions at my request until I was 100% satisfied. I couldn’t suggest this dry cleaners enough!

I have never left a google or Yelp review in my life but this was a lot for me. I called 2 weeks earlier and spoke to a woman on the phone I told her my situation that I would drop of my dry cleaning on Friday November 11th in between 5:00-5:30pm and asked if it could be completed by the following Monday night, she assured me not once but twice that it was fine and they would have it done. I walked in to the building at 5:20 and the girl working the counter asked if I’d like to have it on Tuesday and I told her that I spoke to someone on the phone and they said they could do it for Monday night. She was great and even called her manager for me and her manager told her no and she had no idea who I was. The worker was great very professional and even apologetic. But why assure someone of something if you cannot deliver on that promise. I left the dry cleaning bag they gave me and will find a better spot.

I had Crystal Cleaners do alterations on a very complex beaded and lace top of my two piece wedding dress. I was blown away when I tried it on, seeing how it was truly meant to fit and look. Would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you guys!!
