Always excellent customer service. I’ve used them for home theater purchases, as well as car audio. They take care of returning defective products for you and send new ones, and will troubleshoot anything related to your purchase. Great company, and great employees.

This was my first experience with Crutchfield and I couldn't be more pleased. Every time I called I was immediately put together with a professional and helpful sales guy who knew what he was talking about and interested in my goals for my car stereo system. I ordered many parts in addition to my first order and everything was shipped the same day and arrived at my doorstep a couple of days later. Then I needed to return some of the items and all it took was a brief phone call to their customer service and they emailed me a return label for each of the items I was returning. So it cost me nothing to return the items. All I had to do was to drop off the boxes with the return labels at UPS.

This is definitely a five star company!

Puts all other call centers to shame as a employer. Could not ask for a better career. From a customer's stand point, they handle you from the idea of a product all the way through enjoyment. Assisting you with setup, settings, installation, tech support, warranty, even after warranty troubleshooting for the life of the product you purchased from them. Didn't buy it from them? They offer tech services for products they did not sell you and can walk you through complicated installs.

Very highly recommend this company in any light, from working for them to buying from them. Will bend over backwards to make sure everything is right. From shelf to trash they will be there for the life of the product.
