I bought a American wagyu brisket point and smoked it for 6hrs. Perfect tender burnt ends that melt in your mouth with great beef flavor and good fat ratio.
Would definitely purchase again soon.

Steaks were awesome. Slow cooked (smoked) over open fire using hickory for about 1.5 hours to caramelize all the fat. Let rest for 35mins then seared at 1500 degrees to finish them off.

Paired with caymus and was the best steak dinner we have had. We cook in steaks competitions so that’s saying something.

Due to the price, it’s not something we can do everyday but 2-3 times a year to celebrate is perfect.

My husband & I bought a bunch of bone-in short ribs to make for our family Christmas dinner and they came out awesome!
