Nate let us know when he would arrive and gave a detailed explanation of his findings. If the rating was for the technician alone, it would be 5 stars. The low rating is because I had requested the first available appointment that was available as first of the day and I was not the first of the day appointment today. My other much bigger disappointment was that I had signed up for the energy savings agreement and had pre-paid for a service I never received. Since I was out of the time range I did not receive the work I paid for. I understand there has to be a time cap but no one alerted me to needing to schedule or lose my prepaid service and though I have been a customer since Cropp Metcalf bought the previous service provider, no exception was made.

CroppMetcalfe and Ryan Cechvala were really great. Ryan arrived right at the beginning of the service window and got right to work. He finished quickly and explained everything he was doing. I thought the price was reasonable, and Ryan was a really nice guy. Definitely recommend this company and this tech.
