No one welcomes car trouble, especially on vacation! We were recently in town for a long weekend with our family (to enjoy the Ice Castles). Our drive to the area was uneventful, but the moment we pulled up at our AirBnB, one of my front wheels started making horrific noises. It literally sounded like it was going to fall off the car! I found Cripple Creek Automotive Tire and Towing via Google search. I quickly discovered that their customer service is BEYOND incredible. They towed my car, diagnosed the problem, ordered a part, repaired it and even RETURNED it to me (!) in a matter of hours - ALL at an incredibly reasonable price. These are truly wonderful, honest and helpful people, I'm so grateful to have found them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had visited two other shops for an alignment. One of which I had used in the past but continued to eat through tires and my car just didn't handle well. So, I decided to get a third opinion.

If it hadn't been for a change of ownership and management I wouldn't have given Cripple Creek Automotive since the previous owner was horrible. But others had given the new crew rave reviews.

Well they were right. Jeremiah looked at my car and showed me photos and a video of what they had found. Since I used to do my own car work I knew what he was telling me and knew that he was being very honest. So we set a date to get it back in for repair.

They had issues with seized up bolts, but that is to be expected with older vehicles. They got everything done and my car now handles like when I got it. it drives wonderfully. I spoke with Jeremiah about getting other routine work that done and will set a date up for those.

The number one thing a business like this needs is communication, thiers is on point! They got my truck in quick, ran a diagnostic and got it fixed in a timely manner. Instead of charging me for every little thing to make a buck, they fixed the problem and told me about the other concerns. For a small town shop that is rare!
I'm finally done taking all of my vehicles down to the Springs to get work done, when you trust to get qualified and quality work, you continue to go to the same place.

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had at a car shop period.Jeremiah was extremely knowledgeable and polite, he had went above and beyond helping me with my car and only giving me what I needed.The prices are great and they do not try to overcharge you like they do in Colorado Springs or woodland.The shop is organized and clean and the entire staff is polite and fast to help with questions.In my opinion do not waste your time and money going somewhere else because this is the best car shop I have found in Colorado.They offer a wide variety of car maintenance such as alignment, oil, changes, tire, rotation, etc..

Hello, im writing because of the company listed above not only over charging me, but also leaving me with my vehicle in worse condition than what i brought it in with. the first copy ( the smaller amount given) was the plan we agreed to due on the fact i didn't have much funds and also because of the fact i had already bought these parts and they are at my home, yes they knew that. I asked them specifically not to do any other parts and i had mentioned specifically not to worry about the rest of the vehicle, ONLY the brake pads. the male i talked to said he understood and would respect my request, due to the fact i know the mechanics secrets they do to make costumers come back, he agreed to knowing about these issues, the young blonde lady was standing there listening to the whole agreement. When they decided to do these services, not once did i get a phone call not to ask or even inform, they just went ahead and did it themselves going against me and our agreement, adding more to my bill without my permission or knowledge, didn't find out till i decided to come check in after awhile of no word of my vehicle! The store had provided me with their trust and completely did the opposite and caused more issues that i didn't have before, and now i do! When i was trying to understand why, the man with a long beard had tried telling me he couldn't leave me with my car like it was (the small master brake leak) he just had to fix, but yet gave it back to me with more leaks in new spots, breaking my hood popper, and unplugging my O2 sensor!! I was not given my keys until i paid, which i needed to find help doing so. when i drove away going down that hill, i went to push on my breaks, and i had NO BREAKS! i had to use my emergency brake all the way back home (in Thornton CO). i had no major issues before, they did way more than they said and gave me more issues and unplugging important components. i had passed my emissions not long ago, and now i can't according to autozone... Hmm luckily I know how to work on cars, y'all thought I was joking. Already contacted BBB. Make sure u know who u take ur vehicles to... Because u just never know what they are doing behind that garage door ?

Great place to get work done. I came into town on vacation on a Sunday and knew I had a slow leak on a tire that would need to be fixed Monday morning. I showed up when they opened at 8. They got me right in, got it fixed, and great conversation with the owner and service writer. They had me out in less than 30 minutes. The price was so good I added a tip almost the size of the bill cause I thought they deserved more for how well they did. I'd trust these guys with more than my tires if I lived in town and needed work done.
