Cowarts City Hall

Amazing little city park. Has splash pad, running trails, playground, VERY CLEAN BATHROOMS, disc golf..YESSSS! Picnic area...cameras for security...super duper little place..I run here whenever I get finished at a local customer in the afternoon. For such a small town..they took BIG STEPS to give back to the Community...100 STARS IS MY VOTE

I traveled to Cowarts to play their new disc golf course. I didn't expect much since, oftentimes, courses that are put in quickly and just kind of pop up on a small piece of land are not great...BUT, this course is AMAZING. I made the drive up from Marianna for the day to check out the new course and I was not disappointed. To my surprise, I also found a greet little park. Thank you Cowarts for investing in your community.

Why dont they warn residence when water will be turned off!! If yall are working on something how are we to know! Waiting for the day my washing machine gets ruined, will they buy me a new one then!!!! Love the playground, splash pad and walking trail but my rating will stay the same until things change.

This is absolutely one of the worst city halls to deal with. First off they close at 2:30. People like me that work for a living can't even make it up there during the week before they close. Most average businesses stay open to 4-5pm. Now ever since covid they have kept their office locked all day long where you can't go in and pay your water bill. Now that covid is over the office is still locked all day. They are just using covid as an excuse not to deal with their residents. I'm not putting my hard earned money in a drop box that I don't trust. You have the option to pay online but then they want to charge extra just to use your card. This is absolutely ridiculous. The town hall is right down from my house so I should be able the go inside, talk to somebody, and pay my bill. Covid is over so stop using it as an excuse and deal with your residents. I plan on moving in the next few year and it won't be anywhere near cowarts.

This has a great walking track and has a place for the little ones to play. It also has a gazebo and public restrooms.

It's a very nice place I had my little brother birthday party and it was convenient

I guess that it is fine I just went to the walking trail
