Lived here for 3 years with my now Fiance. It was our first place together and the perfect place for us. Really safe and convenient location with quick access to food, gyms, shops, and even a great hiking trail near by with Bluff point. The community is also great with a small gym, an indoor pool, and basketball court. You'll hear your neighbors sometimes but that really just comes with the territory of an apartment.

The staff is incredibly helpful with anything you need and maintenance requests are answered immediately. They upkeep the area very well as well. They also try to really create a great community by hosting events throughout the year. If you're a pet lover, this is an incredibly pet friendly place that have doggie bag stations throughout the entire complex.

To top it off the price was incredibly affordable and the raises were always reasonable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice decently priced apartment with a good community.

From the apartments themselves to the staff, this has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. From the moment I first inquired about moving in to a year after I moved out, every interaction has been smooth and pleasant. They truly make you feel like part of the family!

For any military families looking for a place to call home in Connecticut, Country Glen is by far the best choice you can make. I can’t recommend it enough!

And Amy… she’s amazing! No matter what issue you have—big or small—she’ll help you resolve it and give the time to resolve it like it’s her own problem. At the very least, go talk to Amy and let her show you why this place is so great!

Lived at Country Glen for 2 years and loved the complex. Perfect to walk around and you can easily access all businesses on Long Hill Rd from within the complex. Our apartment had a nice fireplace, which was really helpful during the winter, and a full size washer and dryer in the apartment. They were also very good at plowing whenever there was snow on the ground. Rent was very affordable comparing the size of the apartment and property location.

Everything about Country Glen is excellent. The staff is professional and responsive, but also friendly and welcoming. They want residents to feel at home, and that's exactly what you get -- a true home. The maintenance is awesome, all requests are quickly dealt with, and the maintenance folks won't leave til the job is done right.

Every single resident that I met was friendly too. No one was ever rude or impolite, and they were always cooperative -- even during the period of social-distancing restrictions.

Be sure to make use of the facilities. The sauna is delightful, fitness room is small but adequate, there's a swimming pool, basketball court, so much more! You won't regret choosing Country Glen. My family and I didn't.

This is an awesome place, I stayed there for 9 months. This was my first time in US and I am thankful to the Country Glen Apartments team for making my stay so beautiful. My wife and son loved and enjoyed every moment there. This is a very beautiful, calm, peaceful community to stay. Staff is very friendly helpful and always on their toes to resolve your issues. Location is perfect too as you can find everything within a radius of 3 to 4 miles. Snow removal is beyond expectations and the maintenance people are very quickly. I loved this place and will recommend to anyone traveling to Groton. The rooms are spacious and all the amenities provided were in great condition. Thanks Jacky, Emily, Amy and rest of the team !!

Friendly management. Organized materials. The apartments seem a little tight but quality seemed fine. The amenities are in process of being updated to include a larger fitness center and outdoor cooking area. Each apartment has it's own outside entrance. Nicely wooded area.

My wife and I had lived at the Country Glen Apartments for about 15 months while we were house hunting. The people living in this community is nice and friendly. It was very easy to meet and get to know our neighbors and the people in this community. The staff is great and very responsive. They were quick to help us out whenever we had questions or needed some maintenance help with our apartment. We enjoyed living at the Country Glen Apartment due to the family atmosphere and the location convenience to our work/grocery stores. We highly recommend Country Glen Apartments to anyone who is searching for an affordable apartment to live in Groton, CT.
