Dario went so far as to pick me up in town when I told him my ride cancelled on me. Between his friendly, humorous disposition and concise, informed service, I was incredibly satisfied with this experience. He had the Carfax printed up before I even had to ask and he thoroughly explained every part of the process in a patient and kind way, as this was my first time with a dealership. Definitely would recommend Dario and this dealer 🙂

The whole process felt very warm, almost like buying a car from a friend. I didn’t feel any pressure at all as I walked into the dealership and was introduced to sales, service, finance, and the manager. They even bought me lunch, which I thought was a very nice touch. Most importantly, I walked in there with a budget in mind and they helped me stick to it!

I was in the market for an EV and I was set on a Tesla. When I told a friend, they suggested I check out the Subaru Solterra. I went to Cook to look at one and give it a chance. I met Wolf, one of the sales consultants. His knowledge was impeccable on the Solterra. This vehicle has only been on the market since last year and Wolf knew everything there was to know about it. I can happily say that I'm now a proud owner of a Subaru Solterra and can confidently say that Wolf is the reason I'm driving one. If you're in the market I would highly suggest reaching out to Wolf on all things Subaru. He was wonderful to work with.

Tried to contact this dealership/service center to have my car repaired and they told me that they “preferred” to not replace a bumper on a 2022 Subaru Outback and wanted me to go somewhere else. The service manager confirmed that these third party companies would have to get the bumper from THEM to complete the project. I asked for the managers number and was given the name “Joe Bird” who ignored my call and when I called back to try to leave a voicemail (which the manager apparently doesn’t have) I was told that I would be called back in the rudest way possible.

To think we were considering purchasing a vehicle from these clowns.

Went to cook Chevy in Craig, talked to Leon and it sucked. Worst salesman I’ve ever talked to by far. Until today went I get to cook Subaru and talked to Bryan and he set me on the right track for getting a car. Best salesman by far, talk to him if you want things done.
