I have been going to Contemporary Fiberglass for about 4 years. I turn my boat (Chaparral SSi 230) over to them and the end of the season and pick it up at the beginning of the season. They have detailed my boat every year and it always looks great. This last summer a huge storm did some damage to my fiberglass and they fixed it up better than new. Recently, I had them install SeaDeck in place of my carpet. It looks great! They do a good job, on budget, on time and no surprises.

Bought a boat that had their swim platform already installed. It was delaminating. Called and talked to Scott the owner and he told me that it was out of warranty but that he wanted to take care of me since it was his product and he would stand behind it. Great I understood that to be no money out of pocket.The agreement was to bring the platform to Spokane after the season and drop it off to be repaired, no cost. Just spoke with Scott and now its not going to be taken care of unless I pay his cost to repair. That's fine, but that's not what he said in the beginning. Just be up front with the customer. I can pay and get it fixed locally and not make a 200 mile trip. Lost a customer.
