I recently moved back in the Route 1 area, after having Had a well for my drinking water for 20 years. What a huge difference in water quality. I absolutely love Drinking the water straight from the tap. When I was moving North years ago and called to shut off my water, the representative told me I would miss them. She could not have been more, right!

I took down another 1 star review I had for CT Water because they called/ messaged me about my complaint and sent over stain remover for my laundry. But now I’m leaving this one. My frustration is the lack of notification for flushes. This is the 5th flush in 2 months and I have only been notified twice. Finding out that the water is brown when you already have a load of laundry in and children in the shower is ridiculous!! I don’t care if you have to flush, but notify your customers!
You have a system in place for notifications. Use it!

Where do your customers go to find out why they don't have water? You should post outages where we can see why we don't have water an what is being done to restore our water and when it might be restored.
