We’ve acquired some beautiful heirloom pieces throughout the last 20 years from Connecticut Home. Amazing savings & wonderful service. I’m surprised by the negative reviews, we’ve had no issues only positive experiences.

My husband and I purchased furniture from here for our new home. We were told that the floor models they were trying to sell us were just as good as if we ordered it. Don’t believe them. Every piece of furniture we purchased had damage and looked like used furniture. My husband made multiple attempts at contacting them. They said they would send someone to look at the furniture. We received a call stating he was in the area but we were not home. Normally, a time and date would be set up rather than someone being in the area. The furniture cost >25,000. I could cry over this. The furniture is jam packed in the store, it’s hard to get a good look at every angle. They attempted to cover up areas of damage that literally crumbled off of one of the pieces. Cheryl should be ashamed at herself for selling damaged furniture to a veteran and a nurse. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Shocking they are even still in business. They are more concerned with moving furniture out than customer service. And Tom Hall, president of the company only seems to respond to positive reviews. He should be ashamed of the quality of furniture being sold. And Mark needs to be retrained in proper customer service.

The furniture will need substantial repair and will be costly. Any savings from the purchase of discounted/damaged furniture will be mute. The Mexican piece purchased with the crumbling wood putty and damaged top will be costly in itself. There will be no savings. I would never purchase from here again. Cheryl stayed any little “nicks” could be touched up by mark. Nothing was ever mentioned regarding us calling someone to pay for touchups. The damage is beyond cosmetic touch up and is just damaged, period.

I ordered two chairs from another store in sept 2O21 .
I never received them and after more than 14 months, the unreliable and rude company would not give me any updates and returned my money..I was so angry as I waited all those months for nothing

THE GOOD news: I discovered another store Connecticut Home Interiors, who placed the order, gave me excellent instructions on sending my fabric to manufacturer in the middle of December (and she even followed up with company that my fabric was received and I was in the queue. The manufacturer was closed for two weeks in December but….the BEST news…..my chairs were finished in the middle of February , 8 weeks or so after they received the fabric (counting the two weeks they were closed)
EVEN B E TT E R News…..Including the delivery and set up, Connecticut Home Interiors were CHEAPER!

We bought a beautiful Hancock & Moore sofa from CT Home Interiors and couldn't be happier. The price was the best we found anywhere. We had purchased a Hancock & Moore recliner at a different store and they had marked the color wrong. Thank God the salesman at CT Home Interiors recognized the leather sample from the chair we brought with us and knew the color wasn't what the other store stated. He matched it for us and the sofa he ordered was a perfect match. The delivery was awesome too. We had a death in the family and the needed the delivery earlier in the morning and they came even a little before we expected which was perfect. We would highly recommend this store. The whole process was seamless.

I bought a lot of furniture from here when I moved into a new house that was double the size of my old one. I bought a pair of Hancock and Moore leather recliners, a few side tables, Baker furniture etc. The manufacturers they carry are top quality. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. I loved the shopping experience and the set up and delivery was superb. If you’re buying new furniture for your home and you want the best quality with no subsequent problems, you’re doing yourself a favor by coming here. The prices are reasonable when you know how well made the pieces are. (Dovetail joints, vat dyed full grain, top grain leather, hand rubbed finishes etc).

If you want cheap (bonded leather, MDX construction, stapled joints) and want to replace it every year you go to Bob’s.

Bought a Hancock and Moore chair. Very comfortable, but after 6 months the leather started flaking in several spots. We have tried to get a replacement, but it has taken several weeks. Customer service is very slow, so if you have any issues, be prepared to be frustrated. Not what I was expecting, given the amount of money that was spent on the chair. I asked for a refund or a loaner until the issue was resolved and was denied both. Now we may be without a chair for weeks or months.

Really wonderful high quality furniture. I got a set for my bedroom and it’s the best furniture I ever got in my life. They gave a really good price and was even lower than online sales and With free assembly and 5 year warrenty included. I have no regrets in buying this furniture and I’m very happy with it. Definitely something I will keep throughout my lifetime
