I have used Computer Solutions in Farmington a number of times in the past two years. Every time it has been a positive experience, starting with Kristin the service manager to Boris the owner and, currently, Sean, who is also with the company. To me my problems were hopelessly complex, and emotionally disturbing. To them, those problems were clearly not anything they had not seen before, in some form or other. I regard Computer Solutions like a good medical doctor (I've had my current Internist for over 30 years now) -- to be treasured.

Easiest 5 stars ever. From taking my laptop in and explaining the steps I’d already tried all the way through to picking it up they were friendly & professional. Not patronizing in the least when I explained the self-diagnosis I’d done and explained clearly what they would be doing to fix it. Price was great value as well. Definitely use these guys again.

This is my second time that Computer Solutions repaired my system. First time was a little over a year ago and it turned out to be a simple fix. My most recent repair was a power unit replacement. Both times were priced appropriately, and the fix was perfect. I brought my 2013 iMac 21.5" to Kristin and Boris to do some software work beyond my experience and knowledge, and Boris (the technician) was able to get my computer up and running again within a reasonable amount of time despite the process being a slight bit more strenuous than we were all initially expecting – despite that, they honored the quote agreed upon at the beginning and the hardware and software were back to serviceability within a few days.

Kristin and Boris were among the most welcoming duos I have met during a small business visit; they were both very personable, almost like people you had known for some time. Kristin was kind to even call me and follow up on my experiences with the computer post-visit to make sure that it was functioning as I had desired – and my computer is seemingly performing better than before, even.

If you need any sort of computer maintenance expertise, knowhow, and problem-solving, this is the place to go to.

My external hard drive (formatted for Mac) that had 10+ years of pictures, documents, etc. all of a sudden stopped working. Boris was able to extract all of the data within a week! He and Kristin provided fantastic customer service by keeping me updated every step of the way to ease my stress. When I dropped it off, I also enjoyed chatting with Boris about life and getting to know him. He also gave me tips on how to avoid a corrupt hard drive. They even called after I picked up my new hard drive to make sure everything worked out and if I had any questions (they didn’t even pitch me to write a review). I highly recommend Boris and his team, he went above and beyond at an affordable price, thank you so much!
