Our old unit finally died. Soni and his guys come out and did the best job. All his workers are so courteous and did a wonderful job of keeping everything cleaned up could not have asked for a better company to come out and help us out

The bad news was, my heat pump needed replacement. Good news was, I gave Comfy Cozy Heating and Air a call and wow! I'm sure glad I did! They're awesome! We had some problems with the heat pump that someone else couldn't fix, but I called Comfy Cozy and they had it all fixed up in a timely manner, and we had our heat back on and the whole Unit was running like of top! They we're friendly and professional and explained in detail what would be involved in doing the repair. I would highly recommend calling them for all your heating and air needs!

Second time in at least two years, I’ve had service with Sonny and his company. My home insurance had contacted another local A/C for assessment, and I was not satisfied with their service, i.e. response time, and quality of service. I immediately remembered Sonny coming to my house two years, and was impressed with courtesy and knowledge of my a/c unit. Thankfully, my insurance was able to contact Sonny’s company and immediately made an appointment. Long story short, his technician Mike was able to come out this evening, a day after the holiday. Mike was courteous, professional and easy to talk to. Assessment was made, found the problem and was efficient given the time of day for him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone reading this review. And, thanks to Sonny, Mike and company.
