Most unprofessional company we have ever worked with. We were quoted 3 months for a boundary line adjustment which ended up being 6 months. Seth Bishop was so condescending and rude. Yvonne the receptionist was loopy at best. Phone calls were never returned and not one time after the initial conversation with Seth did we ever hear from him. Not ever did we get a status update to let us know why there was a delay. An email would have sufficed. I had specifically asked if Columbia's service included filing the Quit Claim Deed to which Seth assured me that it was part of the service. It's not. It isn't included in the contract so I suppose they just wanted the job. Our paperwork was even lost at one point. I think that survey companies are supposed to let people know whether or not they provide filing the Quit Claim Deed as part of the service, it's recommended that you hire an attorney, if that part of the service is not included. But it's a very simple process you can do yourself. So glad it's finally done and don't have to deal with that anymore.
