Terrible at promptly getting back to you and communicating. Didn't keep his word when he said he would call me. Paid lots of money and failed to serve my ex. Highly do NOT recommend.

This used to be our firm's go-to process server, and the one we recommended to others. However, over the past year his services have slipped and he is no longer a reliable choice. Your service may or may not happen, and worse, even if it happens you may not find out or receive an affidavit of service. If you have a time-sensitive item for service, I wouldn't entrust it to this company.

I don't know if the reviews below are paid reviews or not but they do not reflect the experience I had with this person Eric. He seems to not be able to keep up with his business at all.

1. No one ever answers the phone.
2. When you call and leave a message they never call you back.
3. Even after I submitted my information through their website and made my payment, they never contacted me.
4. I had to email him every other week to get updates, not once did he initiate contact with me.
5. He just took my money and not once did I ever speak with anyone. When I brought this up he said he didn't have time to talk to customers.
6. This is the WORST experience I've had with a small business, and as a business owner myself I am very patient with small businesses. However, this guy was just plain rude and aggressive for no reason.

Eric is amazing. I called him in a panic after the court (wrongly, in my opinion) ordered that we needed to effect personal service on the defendant, notwithstanding the fact they had a lawyer. We received the order on a Wednesday; the hearing was the next Monday. Time to freakout, right? Nope. Eric had our backs and got the defendant served the same day we called. Excellent communication skills, more-than-reasonable rates, and top-notch service. My only regret is that he's not in Denver. Thank you, Eric and Colorado West Pro-Serve & Investigations. You saved us.

I am so impressed and grateful for Colorado West Pro Serve & Investigations. I reached out via email during the holidays on December 22nd. Eric was out of town and still took the time to respond to me while on vacation and got me connected with Keli on his team. Keli reached out to me, explained the process and helped me get everything in motion. Their process server, Hunter, went above and beyond to get the person I needed served, served. I had gone through the sheriff's department twice already trying to get this person served and was unsuccessful. They served the person I needed served on December 30th, which I was very happy with given the holidays. Hunter found out the person I was trying to have served was staying with family in Cedaredge and made the effort to drive from Montrose down to Cedaredge to serve her. He went to a local bar to try and find her, and took the time to wait for her to serve her. She ran from him and he was still able to serve her! This whole team went above and beyond for me, and because of this team I am finally able to help my family member move forward with their court case. Thank you so much, Eric, Keli, and Hunter!

Very poor communication. They never found the person and served the papers as I paid them to do. They didn't let me know either. I had to contact them months later. And now they don't even return emails. I would not recommend them.

Eric and his staff have been nothing short of AMAZING. Their efforts into their services do not go unnoticed and I would highly recommend them to anyone and every business (near and far). They are fast and very reliable when it comes to proper service and thorough investigations. They will go above and beyond in supporting our Firm when were unable to locate a responding party to a case. Eric is quick to answer and return all phone calls, and will not only take any expedited service request, but will deliver in a timely and efficient manner. We are very happy with this company and will continue to utilize these services.

Hire Eric for your investigation when in a divorce. I had a spouse hiding out and hiding assets. He located my community property, he located the whereabouts of my spouse, he located my spouse's employment and more. Parts of the investigation reports were presented in my court records for the Judge to review. Eric was in contact with me 24/7 for many months. Eric knows what he is doing and has sophisticated equipment to get the job done. Eric's prices were fair and justified for the work accomplished. Will I use Eric again, absolutely I will.
