After a challenging experience navigating the rabbit hole of hyperlinks in the .gov site to make the initial appointment and ensure I had the correct forms/artifacts, my experience at this location was a breath of fresh air. Each of the ~7 employees I encountered were friendly, competent, and seemed genuinely happy to work there. The security staff was IMO the right balance of pleasant and no-nonsense. The clerks knew the process well and did their jobs efficiently. Whoever is in charge of training should be commended.

I took great pains to make sure I reviewed the website, reminder text, and reminder email to make sure I came prepared, so thankfully I had everything I needed. I arrived a little after 10:15 for my 10:30 appointment mentally prepared to wait for an hour+ after seeing the 20+ people waiting inside, but I was out the door by 10:40. I can't speak to the experience of folks who might have been missing documents or came with a party of multiple people, but the process worked well for my situation.

I'm incredibly grateful that my "oh crap, my passport is expiring!" turned into a "phew, I'll have it in 2 days". My review for the website and appointment making process would be different as I think there's a lot of room for improvement there, but I'm glad the $60 expedite fee is being put to good use in this office.

THANK YOU for exceptional customer service and delivered miracles to my family on TWO separate occasions! Today I forgot to pick up the passports before the office closed for the weekend and needed to leave the country on Sunday. I was very fortunate and beyond grateful to run into an employee that helped me to retrieve the items so I didn’t have to reschedule the trip. On another occasion, I needed a last minute appointment and passport on the same day and they made it happen as well!! We will always come here for future needs.

Anticipating my visit here felt like bracing myself for a DMV-level marathon—hours of waiting, frustration, and bureaucracy. But wow, was I wrong. I was blown away—nuclear explosion levels of surprise—by how awesome, efficient, and effective the team at the Colorado Passport Agency was.

From the moment I walked in, the process was smooth and well-organized. The staff was friendly, professional, and surprisingly fast. For a government-run office, this place completely shattered my expectations. It was like they were on a mission to redefine what a government service experience could be.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you need a passport fast, don’t stress—these folks will take care of you and do it with a smile. Colorado Passport Agency, you knocked my socks off!

I truly never thought I’d write a review for a government agency office, but they were my heros. I went to check in for a flight at 4pm on a Thursday, got the horrible “your passport doesn’t meet expiration requirements” notification, and had a new passport in hand by 2pm Friday. The staff is probably well-aware that everyone walking in the room is stressed but they are friendly and professional. Have all documentation *printed* before going.

Pro Tip: Walgreens is open until 11pm if you need passport photos in a hurry. ?

On a whim last week I booked an international flight and didn't realize until the night before my flight that my passport had expired! I went on their website and was lucky enough to be able to make an appointment for the next morning. I rushed to Walgreens as they were closing and got my passport photo taken. When I got home I printed out the documents and had them filled out and ready to go. I arrived at the office at 8:00, was signed in immediately, waited on a line of about 10 people before being told that my passport would be ready for pickup at 2:00 p.m! I was out of the office by 8:30. Absolutely incredible and thank you to anyone who works in that office who might read this ?✌️?

Friendly and efficient! I did not bring my photo or application to my appointment and I was still out of there within 20 mins of my appointment time. Would definitely recommend this place!

This place is amazing. Very efficient. I was approved for my new passport in less than 30 minutes of entering the building. Victoria was great to work with!!!
