Colorado Modern Creations Inc. gets a one star because I could not give zero. There quality of work was subpar at best…Ghosted for months. Never completed project. Don’t take my work for it, check out the photos. Missing the complete left hand railing, fasteners were not flush, no hand rails at the top of the stairs or basement, measurements were way off in several areas, Spliced section of railing on site, re-welded and spray painted. When asked about the powder coating finish that was removed….the reply was the spray is a complete match and will last just as long. Save yourself some time and money and look elsewhere for a fabricator….I know I wish I did after the fact. Not recommended.
