What an amazing experience I had with Colorado Custom Spas and I LOVE my new tub, especially enjoying it in the snow! First of all, you need to visit the showroom, getting to see all of the different spas in person is a game changer. Parker answered the dozens and dozens of questions I had about different tubs, the differences, the pros/cons, etc. and I am very very happy with the Wellis Monte Blanc we got! Sam also made the process very easy to complete the purchase and get financing taken care of. I was happy to have a 0% interest financing option as well. The delivery team took their time with me, making sure the tub was exactly where I wanted it to be and ran through everything I needed to know. I’ve only had the tub for a week, but I have enjoyed being in it every night, which has also made my sleep amazing as well. Now to finally get to enjoy it in the new year with a snow fall, it’s such an amazing tub to have.

Trust me, you’ll want to get your tub from Colorado Custom Spas and let their team give you the white glove experience like I got. You won’t be disappointed, and at the bare minimum, walk inside the biggest spa showroom in Colorado to see the different spa options first hand.

I recently had a service call with Colorado Custom Spas (Denver location) and I was very happy with all aspects of it. Jennifer got me scheduled as quickly as possible and handled the warranty submission. Eric, the technician that arrived, was very kind, talked me through what was being done, and very knowledgeable. Shout out to Sam who has always been available to take care of me and any concerns. I love my Bullfrog spa!

We purchased our spa from Colorado Custom Spa at a Costco road show. We live in Southwest Colorado, so scheduled a time to pick up the spa ourselves. The gentleman that helped me load and make sure everything was tied down was awesome. He did a great job at helping me make sure things were safe and I got everything I needed. They have also been very helpful in me setting things up myself and getting my spa up and running. It is running great and I use it daily and absolutely love it. Thanks for the help.

Since buying our Spa from Colorado Custom, service has been fantastic. Installation went smoothly (on time and done right) and follow ups have been great. Recently, we had an issue with a part and they sent out a service tech quickly, and he fixed it right the first time. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire call process from both the Service Dept. and the Tech himself. Many thanks to Jennifer (Service and Warranty dept.) and to Jason (Service Tech) for all their help and sense of urgency. We are very happy with our Spa and even more so to know Colorado Custom continues have great service and communication, even after the Spa purchase was made. They really do stand behind their product.

Getting our Passion spa from Colorado Custom Spas is one of my favorite things about our new backyard. It’s great for coffee in the snow and stargazing at night. The staff at the Castle Rock location have been great to work with. The installation was easy, and they gave us all the information and supplies to maintain it ourselves.

When setting my hot tub up for the first time I was a bit frustrated as it was factory direct and I didn't know where to get help from. But speaking to Jennifer on the phone helped to calm my issues. She sent Jason out right away and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working well with my tub! Was able to enjoy it for the first time this morning! I would highly recommend Colorado Custom Spas for all your hot tub needs! Great staff! Great service!
