Recently purchased a 2019 Cadillac XTS. Discovered that at highway speeds, it "wobbled". Best description I can give. Made an appointment on line with Colonial Cadillac, described my situation and upon dropping the car off, spoke with the service manager and with his guidance, let them take the car and "baseline" it starting with an oil/filter change, and multi point inspection. The techs discovered that the "rear toe links" had excessive play in them. First, they test drove the car, confirmed the problem, then went about diagnosing what was causing this "wobble", hence the "bad rear toe links". Parts were ordered, parts were installed, and the car aligned, then test driven again. No wobble!! So now I have a great riding, great looking car that now has a history established at a great dealership, where, although a very busy place, you actually get "SERVICE" and get to speak with a human being who makes sure that your vehicle's needs are met. Thanks Colonial Cadillac, you've got a new and happy customer !!!!

Dropped car off at 11am as appointment specified. Was told about 2.5 hours to perform work. Came back about 3, which was 4 hours later and the car had not moved from where we parked it at 11. Not a pleasant experience. However the service group agreed to deliver the car to my residence when complete. This was very helpful but we still were disappointed in the service.

The service department is very, very helpful. I stopped in just to make an appointment and they took my car right in for a oil change and tire rotation service. It's absolutely wonderful to have a dealership like them in town. The sales department is also very, very nice as well. They answered some of my questions that I had on my 2024 Cadillac. I definitely will keep going there for service and we'll buy my next Cadillac from them.
