The important decision you make with equipment suppliers has to be based on who the owner is. Mark is more then a stand-up guy. He goes out of his way taking care of what you need.

MY BROTHER PURCHASED A NEW MACHINE THERE LAST MONTH.EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL,COURTEOUS.THE SHOW ROOM IS PACKED SOLID WITH EVERY KIND OF EQUIPMENT ONE COULD NEED. I DO MEAN EVERY KIND OF EQUIPMENT TOO,FROM CHAINSAWS TO LEAF BLOWERS.ALTHOUGH MY BROTHER IS THE LAWN PRO,NOT ME,I WAS IMPRESSED AT HIS SHOWROOM,EVEN THOUGH I HAD NO CLUE WHAT THE HELL I WAS LOOKING AT!!!!!!HAHAHAAAAA!!!! I bought a snapper lawnmower from the owner of this shop. I gave him my business because I have made several very large purchases in the past and have been very happy. I went with the snapper on his recommendation. After a few months of struggling with this machine I finally called him to tell him how unhappy I was with my purchase. He could not care less! Every complaint I had about the machine was my fault and could not possibly be the machine. He told me I was being dramatic and then eventually hung up on me. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered in many years and absolutely worst salesmanship. I will never give him my business again and will make sure I advice friends and family to stay away. Btw this is the first review I have ever written. That should tell you something about this guy!

Great place to buy a new mower.
Being a first time buyer of a Zero Turn Mower he took a generous amount of time to explain to me all the differences between machines.
