I went to Coastal Flats with family in celebration of me & my brother 's Birthday, I've never been here before, but some family members have. I really love the Decor, seem to be a very busy place,so to me that's a good thing. I had the Ribs, Coleslaw & Fries. The Ribs were tender, could use more flavor, my Fries came out really cold, but the server brought me Fries that were much better, but not piping hot, I did enjoy the Coleslaw, we got Deviled eggs, Bacon, and Calamari for Appetizers, they were good, I don't eat Calamari, but I tried it and it wasn't bad, just not my thing., I also had a Lemon Drop Martini,it was just ok. The Menu had limited choices in my opinion,I wish they had more of a selection.

Great place with a great location. My wife had the chicken pasta and it was delicious. I had the lobster roll and again excellent. Where this place fell short for me was the service. We saw our waiter maybe twice and had to catch the attention of the manager to get our check after a very long wait. If the service is elevated to match the food, this place would definitely be a 5 star.

We had really good experiences dining here. The food was great - we particularly liked the bread, mango salad and fried calamari. The service was top notch. The ambiance was also good. The price point was reasonable. It’s a great option if you plan to eat in a restaurant while shopping in the Tysons Corner shopping mall.

Wonderfully decorated for the holidays makes a wonderful dinner with family that much more special. Great food and service was expected and more than delivered. Our family tried three different dishes, an appetizer and of course a fantastic desert.

You’ve gotta try that white chocolate bread pudding. It’s amazing and watching the center ooze out and mix with the raspberry cream sauce was mesmerizing.

I recently visited Coastal Flats and tried a variety of dishes, including the crab cake, lobster roll, corn clam chowder, and their infamous bread. Here’s my take:
• Lobster Roll: Absolutely amazing! The fresh, big chunks of lobster were breathtaking, and it was generously stuffed. The grilled corn added a fantastic touch to the flavor. Highly recommend!
• Infamous Bread & Specialty Butter: Delicious as always—soft, warm, and paired perfectly with their signature butter.
• Corn Clam Chowder: Creamy and flavorful with just the right texture. Definitely a hit compared to the lobster bisque, which didn’t have much lobster flavor.
• Crab Cake: Unfortunately, this was a miss for me. It was overly buttery, had a lot of filling, and was served cold—not something I’d order again.

As for the service, it was just okay. We had to ask a couple of his colleagues to get our server to come to the table at times, which was a bit frustrating. However, for three people, the bill was just under $100, which felt reasonable for the experience.

Overall, I’d return for the lobster roll and clam chowder but would pass on the crab cake.

Good quality food, amazing service, and cozy voices in a very spacious restaurant. The ribeye was very tender and flavorful and the coleslaw side was delectable. The fish taco, shrimp fritter, chicken with angel hair pasta and shrimp roll were all great.

I loved this restaurant. Used to work near and would visit frequently for their drunkend Ribeye before COVID-19. I went on Saturday to celebrate my birthday. But was very disappointed. I ordered my ribeye medium. It was pink in the very center but the rest of the entire steak was overcooked and tough. Sad to say my dinner was not as i expected. I guess there is a new or inexperiencef chef. I was not a happy camper when I left.
