I would leave 0 stars if that was the option! Unprofessional! Horrible service! I was told me they would check with me to see if I liked the design before printing. Never happened! They took longer than expected to print and get back to me. Then, at pick up they cannot find the items. Waste of time! Made me and my husband waste precious time from our busy life. Days after found to see the final product poorly made. Off centered, different design than the sample item I left. A complete disappointment and waste of time!

Needed school logos to be embroidered on a couple of shirts and my old embroidery place use to take weeks and weeks to get done. Was looking for a new place and found cloud10 thru fb from other moms who recommended and I'm super happy I went to them!! Extremely fast and friendly service. Logos came out beautiful! Will be coming back again. Thank you cloud10!

I saw another moms post about Cloud 10 on a fb thread. My daughter starts Monday and even though I have a few shirts I needed to have the rest done. I told them I needed by early next week (keep in mind I dropped off at 5:30 on Thursday) I received a text msg at 9:30 AM FRIDAY MORNING that they were ready!!!
I was able to pay my invoice over the phone and have them picked up. Not to mention everything looks GREAT! So happy and highly recommend 🙂

This was a blind find! I am sooo excited that I stumbled across Cloud 10 Embroidery. I want to expand my brand and needed my logo embroidered on a few short sets. So I went to their location in Derby not knowing what to expect and was VERY IMPRESSED! Chino was extremely welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and understanding. He gave me a brief tour of the facility which is very clean and organized and we discussed my ideas and how I want to express my brand. Now just waiting on the finished product in which I'll post another review.

Cloud10 Embroidery did a phenomenal job on my custom tshirt & shorts. The graphic is great quality & the placement is perfect. It’s pressed well on the fabric so you know it won’t mess up on laundry day

Not for nothing but I paid for services May 9. I was told that I would get a response by the following Saturday. Today is May 23. No one is answering my phone calls nor text nor responding back for services. I already paid for the service and all, I’m actually upset because I didn’t think this would be the turn out and I’m behind on work for waiting for something I never received
