We recently put an addition on our house. We have dealt with multiple people working on and in our house. Maryjane from closetfactory and all of the staff were professional, honest and clear communicators. Maryjane was so accommodating and patient to explain every detail and design a perfect closet system for me- all while 4 little kids ran around! She worked with me to accommodate my budget. And she answered all of my questions, without making me feel silly. The gentleman that installed the closet also was so kind and professional. He laid down cloth in the house to prevent any dirt from his shoes. He notified me when he would be arriving and leaving. And Josh, the scheduler was so professional. He scheduled my installment and even called me back to confirm later in the day (because I was unsure if the carpet was going to be installed in time). The quality of the material is great and it’s so beautiful! I’m so happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone considering!

We had many consultations with different companies but none were able to see or understand what we envisioned until we met met with Closet Factory. All we wanted was to have black built ins installed floor to ceiling on one wall of our office. All other companies tried to talk us out of it (mostly because they didn’t carry black as an option and just wanted our business anyway). From consult to install the process with Closet Factory was seamless and everyone we worked with there was so unbelievably kind; all they wanted to do was make us happy. Well we are absolutely blown away and thrilled with the finished result. Our office now looks like it’s straight out of a Pinterest board. Thank you so much to the entire Closet Factory team for making our built-in dreams come true!
