I’m in southeast Texas and decided to purchase a 7x12 ClimaPod greenhouse a few months ago. A friend helped me assemble the greenhouse as I would have never been able to do it alone. It took us several days here and there to complete. Our honest feedback, the instructions could be a bit more clear and concise. For instance, we followed steps in the manual and learned after we erected the greenhouse that the window with louver wasn’t included in the steps to follow. It would be incredibly cumbersome to take down what we assembled to fit the window, so I opted to leave it out.

A customer service rep reached out to see how I was enjoying my greenhouse, to which I responded with the aforementioned disappointment of the manual lacking in user friendliness which resulted in me leaving out the window with louver. I was pleased with the response I was given to assemble the window with louver without taking apart the greenhouse as it was meant to be installed after the greenhouse was assembled. I was assured my honest feedback is invaluable and that they are currently working on improving their manuals to be detailed and more user friendly. Stellar customer service! A company that strives to satisfy and exceed expectations does not go unnoticed 🫡

I’m impressed with the structural integrity of the greenhouse as it has withstood vicious windstorms (replete with hail in April) and the latest Hurricane Beryl. I haven’t planted in it yet but looking forward to in the coming months!

We bought our greenhouse 4 years ago. The instructions to put it together were very confusing. We had to watch numerous YouTube videos. After the first winter the sliding doors broke. The track on top got bent, and broke the plastic track that slides on the bottom. And it’s well protected from the wind. It’s just very cheaply made. When I called to order parts it took them an entire month to send just 3 parts. Now on year four, the doors are broke again, and the panels are turning yellow. When I asked about the panels turning colors, I got the response that we put them on backwards. Nowhere in the instructions it said to place them a certain way. I have nothing good to say about my greenhouse. And, I run a business out of it, and sad to report such a bad review. For as expensive as these are, please do not buy! Buyers beware! And good luck ever getting replacement parts.

If you want an extremely sturdy and reasonably priced greenhouse this is a good choice. BUT, the instructions and videos are very difficult to piece together. The deck under this greenhouse was 10x's easier to build compared to putting the greenhouse together. Yet it is totally worth it to have it up. Just be prepared to take it slow. I would highly suggest having a small impact with a 10 mm socket to spin in the bolts quickly instead of doing everything with a small wrench. Make sure the greenhouse is level and plumb before tightening and sealing everything up. There are so many small details that need to be known before putting together to save time.

Overall I am pleased with the finished product. I feel the instructions are the weakest point of the experience. I watched a lot of videos throughout the build and had two helpers to start with but quickly saw I was wasting money as I spent most of the time staring at the instructions. Sent them on their way after the first day and finished on my own. It took a good week to complete the main shell, then started with shelves, vents and doors. After I had the vents in place and before the openers were installed an over night storm came through and flipped back one vent which now no longer functions. I reached out to ClimaPod and they responded immediately and the repair piece is on the way. I have built houses for over 50 years and must say this erector set was truly a challenge, but it is done. Now on to learning about greenhouse growing.

I purchased the climapod virtue 9 by 28 greenhouse 3 months ago. The Packing and protection of the products couldn't have been better. Although there was some physical damage to the boxes from carrier handling the product
inside had no damage whatsoever. Customer service while I was assembling was excellent if I had a question . The greenhouse came out great it is sturdy and holds up to the weather and winds. I am planning to purchase another one in the future and will definitely go back to climapod.. I assembled the greenhouse by myself and made several modifications and the structure was very user friendly to modify.

Yes, the instructions could be better - however - few instructions are perfect. The fit and finish of the parts is excellent. Quality of materials is first rate. With common sense and intuitive thinking this is not a difficult task. You will need three people, who have patience and are able to communicate effectively. Start by making sure the foundation has a flat and level surface. In the end, have a high quality greenhouse which will serve you for years. I am so impressed with this greenhouse, if I should ever need another, I will always choose a ClimaPod.

First off, I want to say I really love my new greenhouse, I got the 9x14 passion with the 4 mil panels as I live in coastal California where we only get a bit of frost in the winter.
It is rock solid and extremely rigid now that it is completed and secured to the 4x4 pressure treated base. However, the journey to reach this point was a long one. The installation took twice as long as I anticipated and was very frustrating. This was mostly due to the very poorly written and illustrated instructions. I read many reviews and watched several videos by Climapod owners, and this was the same problem they experienced. I went with Climapod anyway as they all ended up happy with the product, as I am.
I must say that the customer service was very good as they answer their phone and talked me thru the issues I had, which were many. Watch as many of the installation videos as you can prior to beginning and during construction. IF they could rewrite the instructions and illustrations into a more step by step process, I feel they would sell more units and eliminate a lot of the frustrations during construction.
Again, I do love the completed product and I highly recommend the automatic window openers and louvered window as they work incredibly well together. I still need to put down gravel on the floor before I can move everything in. I expect to have year round veggies and lots of flowers as I do not need to heat it due to our climate. We’ve had our Climapod Virtue greenhouse for 10+ years, and have been very pleased with it. The assembly took some time, which shouldn’t be a surprise, given the number of parts and the precision fit of everything. It has held up very well through the New England snows and occasional high winds. I have replaced several of the roof vent arms and the door guides over the years. The office has been very responsive when I needed new parts, and didn’t charge for things like the door guide replacements, and even sent more than I asked for. This is an ideal residential greenhouse model.
