Raising the rates again a second year in a row just like they do about every year. Worst water and service in the county. Even flagged by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) as the worst water quality. The people governing this board only care about profits.

I am at 3232 Main Street. I wanted to leave a complaint about your guys who replaces our water meter. First they threw big chunks of concrete from the old meter into the hole they were filling in. Now I want to plant a bush and I dig up a chunk of concrete. They also left all kinds of clay on top of my dirt that makes it tough to dig into. Your guys said our driveway would be getting repaired but we have not gotten anyone even coming by to look at it. This all is really bad .

Heartless, gutless company. My housed burned down we lost everything had to move unto a rental. Now I apparently have to pay a 50 fee to them as well as a fee for the water I actually use at my rental. Even though my house is a pile of ash. People need to class action sue this worthless company.

Worst utility company to deal with. They use a 3rd party system that charges a convenience fee for all transactions. It took them a year or so to set up an online account. Their auto-pay never works and I never received some bills. There is a pricey minimum fee each month no matter what... essentially paying for everyone else's bills. They should at least have a credit system for people that use less than the minimum. They were difficult to get a hold of but that seems to have changed recently. The quality of the water is fair at best. The upside is that I never had any problems receiving water.

We moved (back) to Grand Junction a little over a year and half ago and our neighborhood uses Clifton water. They recently hired new management and we have been impressed with all the changes we've seen since! Most noticeably they implemented a new payment processing platform that's so much easier to use - it has an autopay feature now - which I couldn't believe wasn't an option before. It always appeared to be an option but it never worked. Billpay is so much easier now & customer service has been great lately as well. No complaints!

Absolutely the worst possible customer service. You literally MUST be a Karen as a requirement to work for this company. Difficult to pay the bill, no online access, antiquated phone payment system. Coward employees who hide behind their phones and treat people like garbage! Raise rates whenever they feel like it and meters are inaccurate at BEST. Unfortunately you don’t get a choice on using them so they’re allowed to be scum. The water doesn’t taste great either, one job and they can’t do that right either.
