I worked with Clear Accounting for nearly a year for my business needs, and my experience was unfortunately quite mediocre. Many of those months was a struggle to get the information I needed; I had to constantly chase them for updates which was both time-consuming and frustrating. There were multiple times I asked for something, was told I would get it by end of day and then a week would go by forcing me to follow up again.

The situation escalated when I tried to close my account. Over 45 days, I sent numerous emails, some of which were simply requests for any response at all, yet I was met with silence for nearly 3 weeks. The lack of acknowledgment or any attempt to address my clear disappointment in their service was the most aggravating aspect. It felt as though they didn't care at all for how I viewed them.

Clear Accounting's customer service, follow-through, and overall effort are severely lacking. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

Hard to get me excited about accounting or my taxes - that's why I hire people to do that for me. And I love these people. There's a lot at stake and we have specific needs and everyone at Clear Profit has been flexible and responsive. Love them.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but other companies need to know this too. We hired Clearprofit for bookkeeping services in July to reconcile our books, and submit reports and file our reports with the Department of Revenue. From the beginning it was hard to get a hold of the bookkeeper. She would always have excuses why she didn’t do what she said she would or I would have to reach out to her 2 to 3 times to finally get a response back. I brought this to Ellie and Simones attention with the hope that they would put another bookkeeper on it instead. They said that they would have another one reach out. I didn’t hear anything back from this other bookkeeper. So in November I reached back out and asked for a refund for the last month since there was nothing done on our books. But I found out after, that our books were not reconciled since June and we were paying for that too. So I emailed back to ask for the refund for the entire amount that we paid for the bookkeeping services. They refused to refund the entire amount only saying that they would refund one months worth. I have emailed them a couple of times to ask them to reconsider that since they did nothing and I have not gotten a response back. I am just asking them to make it right since they did nothing for that portion. I have filed a complaint with the Washington Attorney Generals office. I just want other companies to be aware of the issues they have with bookkeeping.

These people took my tax information back in February, I never heard back from them . Feb, March, April Nothing! Woud never returned any calls. They took my sister's $$ and the same was done to her. We now will have to pay penalties to the I R S ,as the dead line has come & gone. I have put in a complaint to the Attorney General. And will now have to hire a new accountant. There name says it all. Stay Clear of this Business
