UPDATE, August 20, 2024: After just over a year, I had to take my car back in, because the front bumper was dragging, and about to fall off. It was from driving over too many taller-than-should-be parking stops. When I called, they told me to bring it in NOW, and I did. Matt got right on it, fixed it, and had me back on the road, in less than 30 minutes. And, it WAS covered by their warranty, no charge. Can't say enough good stuff about this place. They are simply the best!
ORIGINAL: This review is for Classic Collision, Vancouver location on Minnehaha only. My insurance company recommended them after a serious fender bender in downtown Vancouver. They were a joy to work with. Got me in fairly quickly for both the estimate, and the repairs, and finished the job on the day promised. They even helped coordinate with the rental car agency so I could be shuttled back and forth, at my convenience. Matt was my representative, and he was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and kept every promise he made. And, they did a great job. The car looks brand new. Thank you Classic Collision, for making a difficult time, just a little better.

Classic Collision is amazing. The customer service is one of the best out there. They fixed my Tahoe 3 years ago. I had a small issue with a blind spot detector, I brought it in and they helped me and took care of it immediately! Thank you again!

Classic collision repaired my truck after I hit a deer. The truck had front end body damage, passenger side damage and some damage in the motor bay. They DID NOT return it with any oem parts, parts that match existing parts (fog light bezel, grill, headlight, passenger side corner panel). They didn’t properly re-install my air intake and left screws in the engine bay. They did not mask over places they painted and got white paint on my white interior. The customer service was rude and they time to return was 1-month past the time they said it would be back.

Poor service done and the car wasn’t fixed as needed. Would recommend you go elsewhere as it felt like a scam. Had the front bumper replaced and they left it popping out and told it’s just the way it is.

Would not recommend this place to anybody and when I say anybody I wouldn't send my worst enemy here by giving them a rating of one star it's only because I have to I cannot give them an eighth of a star or anything like that I would not give them Jack squat. Worst customer service nothing but a bunch of liars that tell you things that you think you want to hear even though they're documented and then they forget their lives and they have to make up stories to change the lights they forgot about besides that besides the fact the work after 12000 roughly worth of work was done to my vehicle nothing was cleaned the components were broken dust was filled up with my heater Vents and radio speakers it was a complete disaster and a joke so absolutely shocked that a company like that is even in business

Getting in a car accident is never convenient. I had a really busy week ahead of me when I got in an accident I wasn't sure how I was going to swing everything. They explained the auto body repair process, helped me secure a rental car, sent me text message updates and even dropped off my vehicle and picked up the rental car when it was all done. We went in for front bumper repair- went to two other places for an estimate and theirs was the best price while covering more than both competitors. Took great care of us from start to finish- Rob kept us informed every step of the way. They did beautiful work for a fair price. Hope I don't need to see them again any time soon, but I know just who I'll go to if we're in another accident!
