I’ve worked with this facility twice—once for our passports and again for my newborn’s passport. Booking an appointment is simple, and I highly recommend doing so to reserve your spot, as appointments take priority over walk-ins.

The staff is friendly, and the entire process is smooth, quick, and straightforward. We were done in 15 minutes and out the door. I’ll always recommend the City of Mill Creek for passport services!

This was such a fast and quick appointment for my first passport. I had a 8:30am appt and had all my documents the lady was so nice and fast. She was super helpful. Made my day so much better. I can express enough how much i appreciate her help.

I feel like I owe them my life! I’ve been having a somewhat stressful experience trying to get a passport for the first time & thought I was going to need to reschedule my appointment w/ them due to a money order situation morning of — so I had called & left a voicemail to let them know I won’t be able to make it & will reschedule online. I got a call back less than 20 minutes later & they told me to still come in & figure out the money order situation afterwards. Everyone was so nice, the whole process was so quick & I was able to fill everything out, go grab the money order & drop it right off. 10/10! Highly recommend for passport needs!

Passport office staff was rude, inefficient, took people out of order, ignored walk up people, spoke rudely, did not believe the information already filled out, required extra information on family members, and tried to up selll extra services. This is the last time we will use the Passport Office here.

Overall a great experience. Nice people and clean area. I had a issue with my phone. The staff is doing their best but if you left your phone at home or do not have enough money for a smart phone be prepared to wait and possibly not be served. I accidentally left my phone at home and wasted a lot of time waiting around. I came back the next day with my phone charged and was able to “check in”. I got service right away with the expedited $500 device check in. I feel bad for people who can’t afford a smart phone as they will be stalled compared to others who are less fortunate. The government should treat all in a balanced fashion in my opinion. I’m willing to wait! I did notice the office staff asking people in the lobby if they needed help on my second visit which was nice to see. Thanks Mill Creek
