I see many negative reviews here. I do not understand why. I have had nothing but positive interactions with them. On my last visit about a month or so ago, was the best. I was mostly dealing with Chris. When my car was in with them, they accidentally cracked my window and broke something under my car. Most places would just let it go or claim I did it after I got the car back. Well, they admitted fault right away. They had to keep my car almost a week to fix the situation. But gave me an awesome rental for the meantime. And they fixed the situation and all was good. I waited a little bit of time to make sure the car would be in good condition. It has not had any issues since. They are our go to mechanics in town. We love them here. And I already mentioned their name to a couple of other people.

I will never go to another shop. We had such a positive experience with christian brothers automotive, specifically Jesse.
My husbands car broke down, they communicated SO effectively, let us use a loaner car and earned our trust. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any needs and will always use them in the future!

They claim to have Christian values, yet they don’t exhibit that. Never coming here.

ETA: regardless of knowing an employee or not, doesn’t stem from the fact that this company tries to charge more for services than other places. I’ve called Christian Brothers for quotes to compare to other places for my vehicle when it needed things done. Hence, my opinion of never going to a Christian Brothers Automotive. 🤷‍♀️

My company’s truck wouldn’t start after a job. I had to get my truck towed to them. They were able to diagnose fast and it turned out to be a bad injection pump. They got a pump in and truck was back on the road in a matter of days. Unfortunately the pump they had replaced failed 2 days later. With their warranty, “which was better than any other place to get an injection pump from”, they were able to get another pump to their shop and in my truck in just a 1 day! Highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone! Now my truck is up and working again! Thanks!

We are very pleased with the service provided to us by the Windsor Christian Brothers! We took my Mercedes in and had a fast, no hassle experience. My car had a lot of work done to it in a quick two day turnaround. They kept us posted with every little update to what’s being done and how much longer. Their communication was great! I highly recommend this shop for your cars needs! 👍🏻
