Dillon talks fast, is straight to the point, and doesn't seem like one for small talk. I went in wanting to get disc breaks on my bike knowing that it would be expensive, but Dillons expertise made it very clear that it wasn't in my best interest even though he could've just sold me what I was wanting.

If you don't know anything about bikes, then put your trust in Dillon. He answered all of my questions and I had many.

I was relieved to find a bike repair place within under 3 miles from my house. My first impressions were formed over the telephone. It set the tone for what I expected. Once I arrived, with a Marin Gestalt, Ventum GS1, and a Cannondale CAAD12, the owner was professional, friendly, without being overly friendly. Based on his feedback, I left confident that he would have done exactly what the bikes needed.

The staff were completely snooty and very uppity. Also they where unable to give me an exact date of when the tune-up on my bike would be done. At first the said it would be 3 days over the phone then when I got there the guy working the counter said; "It will be 7 days, or maybe 10, or less." So ridiculous!

We've all tried to take off that back tire and change the tube/tire. That part is easy. Putting the rear tire on, that's the real challenge. These guys are great! Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff and quick service. Took both bikes here and will continue to use them for all my cycling needs!
