Had a delivery set up and was told they would place materials where I needed. Delivery driver showed up (by himself) and unloaded materials including sheetrock. Driver was nice and broke 4 pcs of sheetrock and stated he broke 4 pcs on the ticket and would replace them. Called in and was told they would call me back. Received a call stating that they were NOT responsible, actually laughed about it, and said I should have unloaded it myself. Then refused to replace the broken sheetrock unless I returned it. Profoundly unprofessional and a real jerk to laugh about it after I explained that I could NOT assist with unloading as I recently had open heart surgery...thus, you can guess what my review or recommendation of this business is....RUN.
