Charles IT is hands down the best IT group we have ever worked with. The level of professionalism we have seen thus far from the team at Charles is unmatched. I am the bookkeeper for Malloves Jewelers and we hired Charles IT about 13 years ago and have had excellent service and response time! I can call them at any time and they will fix my computer issues- usually within the hour! The staff at CIT is wonderful and sharp!
