Picked up a preloaded 53 ft flatbed of Sheet rock. Pre tarped ! Nice lady at the guard shack. She got there at about 6 am. Not sure what time they close the gate but my trailer was ready out front.

Slow, rude and wouldn’t adjust the load the way I asked to make it safe. Also will not let you throw straps before the tarps go on. Will not be returning

Good people who do their job! Only issue I had was 1 guy who didn't want to help out and caught an attitude while doing it. Besides that and the roads it's a good place to pick up. Most loads are preloaded and live loads are fairly quick
