I recently got into road biking and I'm so thankful this place exists. The shop is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Chris, Matt, and Molly have all been friendly and patient with my thousands of questions and have shown their expertise throughout. I can't recommend this shop enough.

Great customer service, Chris was super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere in the shop was also friendly. E-bike rental was a breeze and super easy. Had fun riding around Farmington for a few hours. Overall great experience and will recommend to others!

Customer service was fantastic. They had good communication: pandemic-appropriate protocols were explained before dropping off my bike for a tune up. The tune-up took an extra day but I'm happy they are busy. The staff are knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions about installing a hitch for our family with five bikes. Happy to support this long-standing local business!

CW is awesome! I was having issues with my bike and needed to get it fixed quickly for an upcoming event. I tried to get service at another place and was pushed off. I had not used CW previously for repairs mostly because it was further away from my home. On a recommendation I called CW and talked to David who was very helpful and responsive. They worked with me to get it fixed quickly (parts are hard to come by right now). I am so pleased with my experience with them. The whole crew was so friendly and helpful when I walked in the shop. I will be going to CW for all my repairs now!!

Have to say, these guys are awesome. Every time I’ve had a maintenance need, they’ve been more than helpful and responsive. Lance is the best mechanic (more engineer TBH) I know, and his work is impeccable. He will also take time out of his busy day to answer questions and provide honest and helpful advice, even though it doesn’t directly benefit him or the shop. The entire crew is very professional as well, and Jeff the owner is very friendly and a pleasure to trade war stories with. I always feel good leaving CW.
