Truck driver did not show up. Told Cheshire dispatch that he did not show up and then the dispatch refuses to help us because it’s the end of the day. We had to haul 12 pallets back up .. this is 2nd time this has happened with this terminal.

We ship freight for 20 years & arriving at this dock & meeting Zach. The kindness, care , courtesy, & professionalism was above & beyond any dock we have ever been too. Zach was very kind & his custermor service skills clearly came natural for him as he handled & managed all aspects of this dock it was a a pleasant experience. I've never felt so welcome & cared for by a freight carrier I wish he could manage all of Centrals docks! Thanks for your all of your help Tuesday with unloading our tanning bed

I Agree - worst delivery company ever. We were told we would be called for delivery – no call received, though our freight was their at 2:45 am 2-1/2 days ago. Was told it was only unloaded yesterday.

We called 3 times and finally got through after being on hold for 30 minutes. We were told the one truck that Central Transport has in their Cheshire Terminal broke down and they can’t deliver until “sometime” next week but you don’t know when. Customer Service kept telling me they tried calling the terminal back to see if I can pick up, but they got no answer and they aren't open on Saturdays anyway.

We requested to speak with a manager and were denied. We requested the local terminal phone number and were denied access to this as well.

Every day the tracking system tells me the next day is the estimated delivery date and every day it moves to the next day.
