We had them cater for a birthday party. All the food was delicious. They provide not only the food but the drinks and the utensils. Everyone loved the food and thought it was delicious. The chicken barbecue was delicious! All the food is pictured. (The green beans and macaroni and cheese were not provided by them.) Overall I would definitely use them again.

Yesterday, 03/19/25, I came to Central Meats to buy 2 ribeye steaks to grill since it was such a nice day out. This was my first time ever buying any kind of meat from your store.
I usually buy my steaks when they’re on sale at places like Kroger and Harris Teeter but I decided to come to Central Meats because I’ve always been curious as to how they are different from grocery store meat and have heard good things.

I ended up buying 2 Delmonico Ribeyes that were each just over 1lb and was very excited to go home and grill them on our Blackstone especially after the worker behind the meat counter said that it would be “eye opening” and “mind blowing” and I’d never go back to buying them from a grocery store.

My boyfriend who grills quite frequently cooked these steaks to a Medium Rare and when we took the first bite, I just have to say that we were very disappointed. These steaks weren’t “mind blowing” or anything. I honestly have gotten steaks from Kroger for a lesser price and they have left me wanting more when I finished eating it. Your Delmonico Ribeye on the other hand had me not even wanting to finish it. These steaks almost had a “hamburger” kind of taste which was really weird.

I’m just super disappointed because I thought going to a butcher shop to get steaks would have been way better than a grocery store but I guess not. It’s just upsetting paying almost $47 for 2 steaks and feeling like I got ripped off especially when your workers say it’ll be “mind blowing.” I’m sorry but my mind was blown because of the lacking in quality.

I’ve used them for over a decade, never ever had an issue. Their store seasoning mixes are amazing too, and a third of the price that grocery stores are charging while being over twice the size. I plan on getting a half cow next year, the meat is amazingly good.

Great place to go for your meats! Decent prices especially for me the tray of pork chops and party wings. Great selection. Also the only place I buy my T-Bone and Porter House Steaks.

I was impressed with the great prices and freshness of the products. We easily found everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner preparation. I was particularly pleased to discover their selection of doggy treats; while it’s a small but impressive variety, I did find it a bit pricey. The cashiers were both efficient and friendly, contributing to a positive shopping experience. It’s a bustling place, which was no surprise given its reputation. After learning about the shop's history, I have the utmost respect for them. If they opened a location in Florida, I would definitely make it my go-to spot.

We purchased the 150 count cookout catering bundle on 3/5 I had the pleasure of working with Andrew....Best purchase ever!!! The food was great and our truck drivers enjoyed every minute of it! I cannot say enough good things about Central Meats. Today, Christmas Eve, 30 minutes before they were due to close I was getting ready to prepare a large beef tenderloin purchased there. The meat was vacuum sealed. When I cut it open the meat had gone bad. I called over and explained what had happened and they couldn’t have been nicer. They apologized for the situation and said they would wait for us to get there and that they would replace the meat fee of charge. When we got to the store the gentleman made sure we got a great cut of meat. This was top notch customer service. Thank you so much to Central Meats for making things easier today.

Awesome shop! Got my month of meats in one stop. Very courteous young man at the meat counter and a sweet young lady at the register. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
