The equipment turn-in process at this location is incredibly inconsistent. It seems that the level of service largely depends on which agent is assisting you. During my initial visit, the agent appeared impatient and demanded that I reorganize my items strictly according to the wall instructions, insisting that only initial issue items were necessary. However, went back with a different agent who took the time to specifically request items by name, rather than using the vague term "initial issue items only." I would like to commend Brittany for consistently making an effort to assist service members. Nevertheless, it is crucial to recognize that not every soldier may receive the same level of helpful attitude from CIF agents.

Pleasantly surprised for a CIF. It's still a CIF with big army rules, but the staff was great and easy to work with.

Wouldn’t issue me a different sized plates for my MSV , highly disrespectful towards me and other lower enlisted in line . The worker proceeded to allow a staff ssg behide us to get new plates . ( he had the same size plates)

Update: welp the positivity was short lived. The second and third visits were not as great. I understand Public Relations is very trying but if I'm not being rude, pls don't be rude to me.

Never thought in the history of this great nation, or during my military career, that I would ever rate a CIF five stars. Courteous and helpful staff. Wow.

The nicest group of CIF employees I have seen in 14 years and 4 installations. Not that we get a choice in dealing with this agency but it's nice when they don't perpetuate the classic bad CIF reputation of cranky retirees kicking back clean gear for being dirty. Outstanding people.

For inprocessing soldiers I get it you have scheduled days they have time to get their gear issued but outprocessing soldiers it’s a major inconvenience to have just 2 days and they only way you know about their days is if you visit the facility or word of mouth. Totally silly.

    Go up
