Brian was a great sales guy and made everything smooth . But I don’t think they put a great amount of effort into making sure the cars are good for longevity. Day 10 nd the alternator blew but the gas in the car was already draining out unusually fast . Make sure you get the year warranty and have rental coverage on your insurance because I’m without a car for a couple days (hopefully days) until they hopefully fix everything wrong with the car! They don’t offer loaners

I just bought a car, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Brian for making the whole process so easy and stress-free! From the moment I walked in, he was super helpful, patient, and never pushy. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car without any of the usual dealership hassle.

The people at central are easy going very helpful and I would definitely send people their way in the future.. Bryan in sales gave me everything I asked for from wiper blades down to new tires.. Manar in finance got me approved and made it a pleasurable smooth process! I'm very happy with the service and experience with Central AS, especially my new truck! I waited to write this review until I found a car elsewhere. Unfortunately, my experience with Central A/S LLC was disappointing. As a female 21-year-old college student, I was excited to buy my first reliable and safe car after saving for two years. Money has never been readily available to my family, so this purchase was a big deal for me.

I worked with Brian H, who showed me a 2019 Subaru Impreza. The car looked great, and the Carfax report was clean. I was thrilled and ready to finance it for over $14,000. Before finalizing the purchase, I asked if I could take it to a mechanic for an inspection. Brian assured me that was no problem.

On the day I was set to take the car home, I brought it to a mechanic, expecting a routine check. To my surprise, the car had serious issues. There were mouse nests in the engine, and the wiring had been chewed through, explaining why some of the lights didn’t work. The air filters were contaminated with mouse urine and droppings. The rear brake pads needed replacement, among other issues—totaling over $4,000 in necessary repairs. The mechanic strongly advised me not to buy the car.

When I returned to the dealership to let them know I wouldn’t be purchasing the car, Brian’s attitude completely changed. He became rude and dismissive, which was incredibly disappointing. When I raised my concerns, I was told, “New air filters are a luxury.” As a woman, I was already wary of being taken advantage of at a car dealership, but Brian initially seemed trustworthy—only to prove otherwise.

Three weeks later, after visiting two other dealerships, I found a great car at Northeast Auto Inc. in Marlborough, CT. The experience there was completely different—no hassle, no hidden fees, and no outrageous interest rates. The staff was honest, and within 20 minutes, I had a reliable car at a fair price.

If you’re looking for a car, I strongly recommend avoiding Central A/S LLC. Save yourself the time and frustration, and go somewhere that values honesty and customer service, especially towards women.

I’ve been looking for an Audi a7 for the for about 2-3 months now and I happened to stumble upon an s7 online and it was the lowest miles for a 2015 s7(41k) on the market —(over 100 units ) and for the price I couldn’t believe it myself.. so I contacted central a/s and they confirmed it … The management team was thorough and very quick to respond … we did everything over the phone and I flew down from Tennessee and now I’m driving back in my new s7 smiling ear to ear…. I think the owner or a gentleman name bill was very inviting when I arrived.. they offer refreshments and an awesome environment to wait in… Mirin was the finance manager who helped me seal the deal… I thought It would of took a miracle to get me approved but they stand behind their words about ( no such thing as bad credit) and got me approved… with warranty.. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is in search for big selection of quality vehicles… thank you Guys and gals at central a/s for an awesome experience!!!

Everything about my purchase feels shady. I purchased a Nissan with a warranty. When I contacted the dealer 2 weeks later to explain that the driver-side seat wasn't moving. He said it wasn't mechanical - so it was on me to fix. I next discovered that the spare key I was given is likely for another car - since it doesn't work for my car. I was told 'we are not mandated to give you a key that works'. That was a direct quote from Alex. He said it so fluently that I realized this was not his first time telling a customer this. Avoid this place whenever possible.

Called an hour ahead of driving there to check out a car and they told me it was available. 40 minute drive later, the guy says he sold it yesterday. I asked to see another truck and they had to jump start it (cold weather, understandable). But then after 5 minutes of running by itself, it shut off on it's own. Guy tried to explain to me it was the battery, and anyone with base car knowledge knows this is not a battery issue :). I'd avoid going here, just seems shady all around, no honesty to be found.

My experience buying a 2016 4Runner through Alexy/Alex/Alexi was great!

Buying a car as a woman in 2025 is STILL frustrating, and after some negative experiences elsewhere, I came to Central A/S pre-approved and ready to buy, already interested in a specific 4Runner they had. When I first arrived, things seemed a bit disorganized, and I wasn’t sure who was working or who could help me—I even considered leaving. But once Alex opened up to help, that changed.

He offered a lower price before I even had to negotiate, which almost felt too easy and gave me some pause—but he ultimately saved me the hassle of negotiating what I was already prepared to ask for! I put a deposit on the car but once home, I had more questions and be was super responsive and available via text and call.

I had the car inspected by a nearby mechanic (near perfect inspection - check my other reviews for that) and have been super happy with it. There are a couple of minor quirks (like the driver’s side door not unlocking with the fob), but for a 9-year-old vehicle, that’s expected. Mechanically, it’s been solid, and I love driving it! I would definitely come back here again in the future.
