What sleeps 2 behind blue buildings? White dodge Rams. The ones coming to your meter or doing repairs are so entirely rude they won't speak a word to you. Also I noticed that my bills tend to line up on cost far more times than not. I called to ask about a bill for a strange amount of water and they claimed it is six weeks behind. Which is entirely strange given that I have never paid based on a six week billing cycle. Great example of what you are stuck with when you have no options, they know good and well how to take advantage of their customers.

I know utility companies often get a bad rep because they have strict payment policies, and Cedarville Waterworks is no different. I know several employees personally. In the 14 years I've lived at my address my water has been shut off 2 times. Both times I simply forgot to pay my bill. And both times I had to pay reconnect fees and such to get it turned back on. I'm a disabled single mother of 2 special needs kids, and we lIve below the breadline. They try to work with me as much as they possibly can. My first home here had a broken water pipe for several days while I was out of town for medical reasons. They realized it before I did and shut my water off to help me out, I didn't have the water meter tool to do it myself anyway. And they let me pay out the resulting $300 water bill over 3 months, adding $100 to my current bill until I was paid up. I have noticed that every other month my usage changes just a little, I think they check the meters every other month and copy the gallons used for the in-between months. Which I dont mind at all because I normally can estimate my bill and make sure I have the money to pay it. The guys are quick to do their job, and that is very much appreciated. The water system is old where I live and yes we have dealt with several boil orders per year due to broken water mains in the past. But they work their butts off to keep us connected.
I've had water companies that were simply horrible. Cedarville Waterworks is NOT one of them. They have kept a low price per gallon rate the entire time I have been a customer of theirs. You can't get mad at them for just doing their job, especially if you don't pay your bill on time.

The superintendent is a great guy, but that's where it stops. I have had issues with my water meter being on another person's property. I've been wanting it moved for a few years now. The water board denied the move. The other day I had Blaylock come out to hook up my new home. The owner of the property's family member verbally threatened and harassed my contractors. I warned cedarville waterworks this might occur, and i even took precautions, to no avail. This water company is staffed by piss poor individuals, sans the Superintendent. I would rank them zero stars, but it won't let me. I refuse to try to make things easier from now on since they refused to make things easier on me so I wouldn't have to nearly break up a fight between parties.
