Paid him up front to do a Eurovan conversion back in 2021.

* Cole claimed for a year that he couldn't work on my van because he couldn't obtain a part (covid). Turns out he was lying and just didn't want to pay the painter.
* I had to pay the painter (in addition to the payment I already gave Cole) to get my van returned.
* After I got him the van back from the painter, he assured me it would soon be done. Instead it took another year.
* He didn't even do everything I paid for.
* When I wanted to discuss with him about the work I paid for but didn't receive, his response: "I already put a lot of work into your van."
* The work he did do - patchwork.

A miserable 3-year experience.

I was having trouble with my Webasto Diesel heater and these guys were able to get it running again. Cole is very friendly, helpful and definitely has a lot of experience and insight about vans and conversions. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Cole and Cave Van are awesome! Very responsive and friendly. Cole does NOT push product on people and works hard to ensure customers needs are met. We sold our Sprinter that Cave Van "upfitted" and now have a Transit on order for our next project with this team! We will keep coming back!

This man is not who he says he is. He is a liar, a thief and someone you should never trust with your van. I strongly urge anyone considering having this person do work on a vehicle, to turn around and walk away before you regret it. Please take all I said into consideration before trusting this man with your van.
