Where to start
6 months old
Poor quality, damaged floors, nail pops thru the floors, uneven plywood edges show through the floor, vents that blow nothing at all , the vents that do work blow 24/7 construction dust all over the the home,
Lag screws was driven completely thru the main drain pipe under the home causing a complete blockage.
This just to name a few.

The worst Mobile company everrrr!!! My husband and me purchased this home that a realtor sold to us 3 years ago . This company just put our home together. Buckles on floor. Chip counter. Trimming barely hanging. Island in kitchen has bumps on it. Cabinets paint chipping off . Tub want fill up. Doors have cracks in them.Bathroom sink handles rusty. So much I can say if I were u don't buy any homes from this company they are HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I'm giving Fleetwood Homes a 1 because I can't give them a 0. Or less than zero. Don't ever buy a Fleetwood. It will be delivered already falling down - and I'm not talking about just trim falling off, doorknobs falling apart, toilet handles that are loose and falling off - I'm talking about major STRUCTURAL issues. You can file a complaint with your State Manufactured Housing Board if you are lucky enough to live in a state that has one. If not, you can file a complaint with HUD - unfortunately in DC. Document the issues well. Take a lot of pictures. Do google reviews. Write to the Better Business Bureau (not much help really but do it anyway). And you can file a complaint against Fleetwood's business license. The more complaints that are filed, the less likely it is that other consumers are going to get ripped off too.

Just disappointed in the money we spent for what we got. Pipes rattle beat & bang in the walls, flooring is splitting right after buying, sheetrock came off the walls in a bedroom when it was moved, ridge cap already blew off & had to be replaced,$$$, never had set level, has no OSB board just foam sheeting with the vinyl siding over it, when you enter a room the first switch should be a light NOT an exhaust fan, trim...just barely hanging on...my husband had to around & renail all of it!!!!. We had to buy during COVID in a rush...don't make the mistake we did! Shop around. Our 87 Mays home model was built so much better.

Stay as far away as you can get from Fleetwood! I've been in this MH for 3 months. The roof is sinking between beams, the floors are warped and sagging - only vinyl is covering a hole inside the front door since delivery, the walls are warped, the siding is flapping in the breeze, and the interior wall in the laundry area is separating from the ceiling, and there are so many cosmetic damages that it's hard to believe they were made due to mere incompetence. You will regret buying a Fleetwood the rest of your life. Wish I had looked up reviews before buying. File complaints with HUD!

I was a child when we got this house. Now I'm a trained professional. The doublewide we got from here is poorly constructed and designed. The carpentry work is downright infuriating. The plumbing is questionable and has been directly responsible for at least one house flood. The counters delaminated and warped so badly we'll never have a flat surface to use again without entirely replacing the countertops. I think I'll stop here before I write a novel.

Trying to maintain this has been and continues to be like owning a boat-- it's just a hole you throw money into. Can't wait until I can afford to bulldoze this junkheap.

Bought home in September of 2012 and the problems started immediately. Warranty work was a joke as they didn’t repair anything. Floors are weak, wall board popped loose from the walls, marriage line has cracks in the ceiling, bathroom and kitchen fixtures are beyond cheap, workers that came out were incompetent. I wouldn’t suggest anyone purchase a home from Fleetwood in any state. They are only interested in taking your money and giving you an inferior product. The dealership I bought my home was Franklin Mobile Homes and have since gone out of business which is good as they were as bad as the manufacturer. I hope Fleetwood goes belly up as well.

Spend the extra money, get a Clayton Home,
I just got a new Fleetwood home and the build quality is Cheap! My counters are delaminating, nothing was caulked, properly. The storm door is on backwards. I’m not happy at all.
And I was recently hospitalized because of VOC off gassing that gave me vertigo.
Life lesson, you get what you pay for.
Don’t go cheap!!
