Helton Builders, Inc., which specializes in custom homes, uses Cascade Powder Coating exclusively for all our metal fabrication. This has included custom spiral staircases, interior and exterior railings, and custom free-floating stair systems.
We, as well as our clients, have always been extremely satisfied with their detail, quality and the conscientious way in which they pre-fit all the items they build. They deliver on site and fit perfectly.
I have been very impressed with Josh and Elmer. They have an ability to be patient in dealing with our clients. I have never had a client say anything negative about their business which means everything to me.
Years ago I was not a believer in powder coating mainly because of the cost. But since working with Cascade Power Coating, I now would do nothing other than powder coat a metal project. From design to fabrication and powder coating, they are the best.

We were looking for a place to have our wood stove powder coated close to Cashmere Washington. After reading some reviews online, we were a bit cautious, so we called Cascade Powder Coating and talked with the owner Josh. Later we found out that the bad reviews were not from a real customer. We decided to have our wood stove sandblasted and powder coated a beautiful copper metallic special order color. Cascade took care of ordering the powder, prepping and powder coating the stove, and it turned out great. Josh even met us on a Sunday to load the stove into our truck with his forklift. We were also happy to have the final cost come in within $10. of the quote. Would definitely do business with Cascade Powder Coating again.

Had to be the worst experience I have ever had with a local business. I was quoted a price “that I am sure was just to beat the competition and get me in the door”. When it was time to pick up the parts the price had almost doubled with no explanation why. I was told by the owner Josh that if I wanted my parts back here was the price and that was the end of the story. I also come to find out that this seems to be a regular occurrence at Cascade when I started to tell others my story. This place is a joke with extremely poor customer service and turn around.

Horrible – Absolutely the worst experience imaginable. After tripling their given estimate and taking nearly two months to shoddily powder coat a pair of brake calipers (later explained to be an item they're unable to do), this company then intentionally damaged the item when I complained and returned it for re-coating. Unfortunately as taking this company to small-claims court would have outbalanced the expenses I'd already incurred, paying up and submitting a SuperPages claim was my only recourse. Unprofessional, rude, and dishonest, this is a company to avoid.
