My dad was a lineman for many years, so I know firsthand how hard these guys work, rain or shine, night or day. They sacrifice time away from their families, sleep, and even their own lives to take care of the customers. People may be quick to gripe and complain, but most of these people wouldn't dare give the time and effort it requires to do this job.
