I gave Carl a check in August 3 of 2023 for a deposit on window well covers. It was cashed promptly. It took until September 16 for anyone to measure the window wells. I called on November 9 to ask about installation. Carl told me they would be here in the next 2 weeks. Today is January 25 and no word from Carl’s Iron Works. I called 3 times this morning and no answer. I’m definitely want my deposit back at this point, but not sure that’s going to happen. Would give 0 stars, but can’t post then.

I worked with Carl about a month ago regarding window wells and there has been no communication. He had no problem cashing my check, and can't seem to return my phone calls. Hopefully there is a better outcome real soon.

We ordered 3 window well covers from this company on 2/11/23 we have still not received them. When I have called 2 times asking for updates Carl says he will call me back and doesn't. I hope we are not out of 1000 dollars. I would not recommend this company.
