People were friendly. Entrance can only get one truck in either in or out and very slow. Lot where trailers are is gravel and tight. My load was suppossed to be drop and hook. Wasnt done as scheduled.

Easy drop and hook for me. Not much traffic on a holiday weekend. Pull up to gate and call number to enter and check in. They have a procedure but it goes fast. Overnight parking available

Not sure the relevance of appointment times. Was early, now it's a 6 hrs after my appointment time and I'm still not In a door. I'm sick of shippers acting like we have nothing else to do or nowhere else to be.
And they take their sweet time. Loaded heavy had to reload. Not very quick about things which resulted in a service failure on the receiving end. Now that I have missed my appointment time because of your lack of speed or integrity now drivers have to sit all day at the receiver waiting to get worked in. This destroys a guy's paycheck. WE ARE NOT HOURLY EMPLOYEES. Speed it up. HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION. Get drivers in and out, you cost us money. Learn about the 14 hr rule and elogs and what taking your sweet time does to a driver and the paycheck we try to take home. You have smart phones, free education.

Sat 10 plus hrs waiting to get loaded no appointment was necessary 2 other trucks there when I arrived but they are supposed to be 8-4

Weird mix of work culture. Some people are really bad at their jobs and some are extremely great at their jobs. One of the workers made adjustments to my reefer program without my permission. He locked the start stop mode somehow. No unauthorized personnel can make adjustments to a reefer. But they have overnight parking.

? MUST HAVE TRAILER WASH OUT RECEIPT?For Shipping/Receiving use the address of: 2494 N Jefferson Street, Springdale, AR 72764. Drop and hook supposedly, and of course in good old Cargill fashion ITS NOT READY! Drop and hook time between 00:01-23:59. They do NOT pay detention. Never answer the phone. Only good thing is over night parking on the gavel lot, and a bathroom station has been set up adjacent to the guard shack.

The worse cargill every!!! ALWAYS talking about they short staff and always missing my del appointments cause they fail to get the trailers loaded. Been waiting since 09:30am and now it’s 20:23pm with a 00:30am appointment in dallas smh
