I received a pair of dress shoes after talking to their rep. I like the look of the shoes and they seem to be very well made, but the leather seems to be to stiff around my ankles. It needs to have a softer leather to feel more comfortable, and the shoe laces will not stay tied. The laces are so small in diameter, it is very difficult to pull tight and tie without making a double not. I had a great response from the company through emails and a phone call.

I was at the checkout counter at the same time with another officer who commented the fit for the toes is very cramped. The laces are ridiculously short. I like to by American when able but disappointed with the fit.
