I come to make delivery ; waited for 5-10 minutes; was unloaded in 20 minutes.
The stuff is friendly.
Only one trouble : no parking.

This guys are super slow for unloading... there is a line forming with 5-6 trucks, and they dont care about it.
They just drive the forklifts empty around the yard like headless fly, or just sit and do nothing...

This place doesn’t have over night parking. And you cannot park on the road outside of it. You will get a ticket. They say even during business hours you can get a ticket for Parking outside the gate that’s ridiculous. Drywall deliveries are from 9AM till 3PM they won’t take you sooner then that. Every other delivery is from 7AM till 1PM they do take a very long time to unload expect to be here 2 hours minimum. They order too many trucks on the same day making everyone wait hours.

Drivers beware. Got here at 9 am. Sat here for +3 hours before they even started to unload trucks. They seriously need to hire more forklift drivers or give appointment times.
